Organic Produce

We’ve got lots of news to share with you! If you haven’t joined us for a Farm to Table dinner lately you’ll be pleased to know we’re offering dinner on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6 PM. You get get tickets here. In case you didn’t know, we grow key ingredients in Thai delicacies like the Ton Kha Soup and Green Papaya Salad that we serve during our Farm to Table meals: Coconuts, Papayas, Limes, Galangal Ginger, Kefir Lime, Lemon Grass, Chili Peppers.

We are continually adding new varieties to our medicinal plant and herb gardens.  Currently we are focusing on production of Maui Sacred Earth Soothing Herbal Tea Blend, growing and drying Holy Basil (Tulsi), Lemon Grass, Peppermint, Spearmint, Mamaki, and Gotu Kola.

Medicinal Herbs

To help people boost the immune system and to help fight off illness, we are currently developing and testing our new Tropical Fruit Leaf Antioxidant Tea Blend including leaves of Soursop, Olive, Noni, Papaya, Yakon, and Hibiscus. Medicinal herbs are an ancient method of achieving optimal health.

The recently planted field of Turmeric is blooming! As are the Motherwort plants that have been in the ground for only a little over a month. This productive terraced field was amended with composted cane grass, biochar mixed with steer manure, was covered with wood chips and then treated with indigenous micro-organisms (IMO’s) using Korean Natural Farming methods. The perimeter of this field was planted with Vetiver grass, a mineral miner whose roots penetrate 18 feet deep. When the vetiver is cut and laid down as mulch on adjacent crops, nutrients unreachable by other plants are cycled into rich humous as  the vetiver gradually decomposes.

Vetiver roots also provide medicinal essential oil used in perfumes. To access this and other powerful plant allies we are investing in a 33 liter stainless steel and glass distiller for producing hydrosols and essential oils. We have grown a substantial quantity of Cuban Oregano which is ready for harvest, so Organic Oregano Essential Oil will be our first herbal essential oil product.

Come visit us soon to experience the dynamic growth that springtime brings!
